Job Scope
- Register patient admission / visit information in the required system at Department
- Provide estimated hospital charges to every patient’s admission.
- Payment collection for admission and outpatient services.
- Handling of enquiries through phone and over the counters.
Requirement
- Min NITEC and above in any discipline
- Comfortable to work 3 shifts
Working Hours
Any 5/6 working days
AM shift: 7am - 4pm
PM shift: 1pm - 10pm
ND shift: 10pm - 7am
First 3 months office hours
