Responsibilities:
- Managing SIM card procurement, provisioning, billing &invoicing of pre-paid/post-paid airtime plans.
- Providing company services' training to customers
- Pre-sales activities of products and services such as inventory tracking, sales pipeline management, etc.
- Sales fulfilment activities of products and services to ensure that the delivery is timely and complete as per customer orders.
- Supporting marketing events and activities including product documentation and training.
Requirements:
- ITE/Diploma in Telecommunication/Electronics/Computer
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Knowledge in Satellite/Terrestrial is advantageous
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe InDesign
