Job Description:
• Develop concepts and art direction for brochures, advertisements, digital marketing campaigns, annual reports and social media
• Design and execute marketing campaigns that align with Nanyang's brand voice and messaging
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
• Ensure all designs are visually compelling and on-brand
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the highest quality work
• Lead and mentor junior designers
• Any other duties as assigned by the HOD and Management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a digital creative in an agency or in-house role
• Strong design and art direction skills
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Ability to understand and align with a brand's voice and messaging
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with digital marketing and social media
