Human Resource Manager

The Human Resources Manager will oversee all human resources functions to support the organization in achieving its objectives. The primary responsibilities will include recruitment, training, and employee relations to ensure the company has the talent, skills, and culture required for success.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Coordinate job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.


2. Training and Development:

- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

- Develop training materials and resources to support employee learning and development.

- Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed to meet organizational goals.

- Identify training needs and create development plans for individual employees.


3. Employee Relations:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues.

- Address employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

- Administer disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary, following company policies and legal regulations.

- Monitor employee morale and engagement, implementing initiatives to promote a positive work environment.


4. Compliance:

- Stay updated on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.

- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.

- Conduct audits and assessments to identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,
