We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to oversee and coordinate administrative operations to ensure efficient office functionality. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, streamlining office procedures, and maintaining a productive work environment. The Office Administrator will handle office supplies inventory, coordination of office maintenance, and liaising with external vendors. Additionally, the role involves supporting office staff, managing schedules, and handling general office inquiries. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong proficiency in office software applications and prior experience in office administration is preferred.

1. Manage and coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

2. Supervise administrative staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve office functionality.

4. Oversee and maintain office equipment and supplies inventory for proper functionality.

5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

6. Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

7. Coordinate with other departments to support overall business operations.

8. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance office efficiency.



Job Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

2. Proven experience in administrative operations management

3. Strong organizational and coordination skills

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5. Proficiency in office management software, such as Microsoft Office suite

6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
