Position Overview:
We are looking for dedicated Squash Coaches to conduct lessons and training sessions at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of squash, a passion for coaching, and the ability to inspire and connect with students of all ages and skill levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement tailored squash training programs and lesson plans that cater to the needs and abilities of individual students and groups.
- Conduct engaging and effective squash lessons, focusing on skill development, technique improvement, and game strategy.
- Monitor and track the progress of students, ensuring that they are meeting their personal and developmental goals.
- Take attendance and maintain accurate records for each session.
- Communicate regularly with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages sportsmanship and a love for the game.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive training experience for all participants.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in squash coaching, with a proven track record of developing players.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and clients.
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs for players of all ages and skill levels.
- A passion for squash and a commitment to helping others achieve their potential.
- Certification in squash coaching or related qualifications is preferred.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
