JOB SUMMARY
Support the Human Resource Manager in full spectrum of Human Resource function.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer interviews, prepare appointment and confirmation letters, etc.
- Execute smooth onboarding, off boarding and employee life cycle for all business units.
- Check Monthly Attendance and Allowance Reports and input into system for payroll.
- Prepare monthly HR Reports as required.
- Administer HR policies and procedures within the Resort.
- File Industrial Accident Cases with MOM, follow up with insurance broker and claimant.
- Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of all employees' data.
- Management of associates' communication channel eg noticeboard and other engagement channels.
- Ensure proper maintenance of associates' facilities (eg locker room, cafeteria, noticeboard etc)
- Process associates' benefits and claims administration.
- Process part-timers requisitions.
- Facilitate mid-year and annual Performance Appraisal Exercise.
- Any other adhoc duties or projects as assigned by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or other discipline.
- 3 year of HR Experience in the service or hospitality industry.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Meticulous and organized.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
This position is with the possibility of converting to full time employee.
