Responsibilities:
- • Assist in managing and maintaining the site according to the client’s contractual requirements and standards.
- Conduct daily routine inspections to ensure that all building installations and equipment are maintained according to schedule and are in good working condition.
- Carry out work plans and programs in line with client guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and statutory requirements.
- Address feedback, complaints, and service requests from the client promptly and professionally.
- Oversee works and services to ensure they are delivered on time and meet the client’s requirements.
- Supervise and manage contractors during scheduled maintenance of various functions and systems within the shopping mall premises.
- Provide technical support for facility systems and equipment, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure all maintenance and repair work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec / Diploma in technical engineering / Property / Facilities / Real Estate management or equivalent
- At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in facilities management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be advantageous
- Willing to work shift hours
