Position Summary:
As a (Training) Business Development Manager at East Asia Research, you will be instrumental in planning, developing, marketing and executing training workshops tailored to the needs of adult learners. We are looking for the candidate with knowledge of how to sell training programmes for white collar workers in Singapore. Strong existing network preferred.
We will accept candidates with previous relevant experience only.
Key Responsibilities:
Class Planning:
Plan and launch classes effectively.
Monitor workshop fill rates daily and provide feedback on which programs may need to be swapped or replaced based on enrollment trends.
Marketing Planning:
Reach out to organisations or individuals whom may be interested in the training. (Email Marketing, existing network)
Program Delivery:
Collaborate with Program Managers to facilitate new courses and conduct train-the-trainer sessions.
Resource Management:Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the availability of necessary training materials. Manage training resources efficiently to optimize the learning experience
Qualifications:
A diploma in any discipline.
Experience in administration or education.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
A passion for adult education and a commitment to the success of learners.
