Job Responsibilities:
- Plan; organize; implementing and evaluating activities for maintenance and service tasks in accord together with direct manager
- Supervise and/or perform all scheduled duties for maintenance and services
- Perform all BU maintenance and service orders required
- Capable of operating under more critical circumstances under emergency circumstances
- Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning support
- Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
- Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location
- Provide on-site training to the customers
- Interface with cross functional work teams such as design engineer, order management, product management, assembly and sales
- Develop Service technical documentation
- Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database
- Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
- Conduct QA check/test on all products. Test schedules according to certificates.
- Participate in the review of related corrective actions.
- Support and perform internal and external quality assurance tasks when required
