Vibrate working environment

  • Involve in Payroll cycles and submission of Payroll reports.
  • Administer and maintain accurate and up to date employee database record.
  • Process claim for Government Paid Leave and submission online.
  • Support compensation review exercises.
  • Administer Performance Management Platform.
  • Support in Bonus, Pay Reviews / Increment & Promotion exercise.
  • Handles Benefits administration.
  • Work with Business Partner to advise employees on Compensation & Benefits policies.
  • Any other HR/Payroll duties

Requirement

  • At least 1 years of experience
  • Detail-oriented with time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • 5 Days Work Week
