Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktop hardware, software, servers, and network issues.
- Manage helpdesk operations, including tracking metrics, maintaining inventories, and resolving ITSM tickets.
- Conduct root cause analysis and offer solutions for recurring IT problems.
- Support cloud-based IT infrastructure, including Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of IT support experience, with a strong background in desktop, server, and network support.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux server support, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Relevant IT certifications and diplomas in Information Technology or related fields.
