Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our massage shop. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and customer service skills, with a strong background in managing a wellness or spa environment. The Shop Manager will ensure smooth operations, high client satisfaction, and effective staff management.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:Oversee daily operations of the massage shop, ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standard.
    Manage staff schedules, including shifts, holidays, and time-off requests, to ensure adequate coverage.
    Maintain and manage inventory of massage supplies, products, and equipment.
  • Customer Service:Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
    Handle booking systems, including scheduling appointments and managing cancellations.
    Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Staff Supervision:Recruit, train, and supervise massage therapists and other staff members.
    Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment.
    Address any staff-related issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
  • Financial Management:Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
    Monitor and manage daily transactions, ensuring accurate records of sales and expenses.
    Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Compliance and Safety:Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
    Ensure all staff adhere to hygiene and sanitation protocols.
  • Marketing and Promotion:Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
    Manage social media accounts and other marketing platforms to promote services and special offers.
    Organize events, workshops, or promotions to enhance the shop's visibility and reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a massage, spa, or wellness environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and handle client issues effectively.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience in managing budgets, financial reports, and inventory.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Education: A relevant degree or certification in business management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
