Key Responsibilities:
- Skincare Treatments: Perform facials, exfoliations, and other skincare treatments tailored to client needs and skin types.
- Nail Care: Provide manicures, pedicures, nail art, and other nail services, ensuring high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction.
- Client Consultation: Conduct consultations to assess clients’ beauty needs and preferences, offer recommendations, and customize services accordingly.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to offer clients the best advice and services.
- Hygiene and Safety: Ensure that all tools and equipment are sanitized and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by being friendly, attentive, and professional, addressing client concerns and providing a positive experience.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client treatments, preferences, and any relevant details.
- Retail Sales: Promote and sell beauty products to clients, explaining their benefits and how they can be incorporated into their beauty routines.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by local or state regulations.
- Experience: Proven experience as a beautician and nail technician, with a portfolio of previous work if applicable.
- Skills: Proficiency in a range of beauty treatments, nail techniques, and a good eye for detail. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with clients.
