Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a marketing plan to drive organic growth and achieve profitability.
- Community Engagement: Manage day-to-day community engagement and inquiries on Facebook and Instagram.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team and assist in executing in-store activities.
- Content Creation: Create localized content for special occasions.
- Launch Plans: Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans.
- Market Analysis: Provide market analysis information on competitors, trends, and activities.
- Event Organization: Organize special client ad-hoc events.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Undertake ad-hoc projects assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing communications.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the beauty and/or FMCG industry is preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Task Management: Ability to prioritize tasks according to business needs.
