Strategic Implementation of Global Initiatives
Increase brand-level awareness in key markets according to pipeline and forecast demand. Enhance enterprise contribution and utilize group-owned direct channels.

· Be an advocate for the company and represent them at relevant conferences

· Pilot and implement technology tools to advance the company's digital transformation goals.
· Directly manage a Brand & Commercial team and oversee regional sales offices.
· Guide Sales & Marketing and Revenue Management functions across clusters to align with group goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
· 10+ years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on overseeing sales and marketing functions in comparable markets.
· Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams in a multi-brand, multi-market environment.
· Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to convert insights into actionable strategies.
· Superior communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
· Experience with agile working practices and a strong passion for innovation within the hospitality sector.
· Proven experience with digital transformation initiatives.
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
