Responsibilities:
- Prepare shipping labels and packing lists
- Collect items from the shelf, scan, and pack into cartons according to the packing list
- Ensure every order is packed and ready before collection time (set by the logistic companies)
- Ensure items packed into carton with sufficient padding/cushion as per standard operating procedure to minimise the risk of damages during transportation
- Perform inventory or stock counting periodically
- Any ad hoc warehouse related work as needed
Requirements
- Able to stand for at least 8 hours on the job with adequate breaks in between
- Able to lift items from shelf and pack for shipment. You may require to climb warehouse ladder. It is a ladder of 3-4 steps with large step areas
- Understand basic English
- 5 days’ work per week (must be able to work on Sunday and/or Public Holiday when needed)
- Working hours 8.30am – 5.30pm
