- Support the organization's data Centre services through active 24x7 monitoring of theinfrastructure
- Perform 24x7monitoring of BMS systems (upstream to downstream), critical facilities equipment, and other equipment associated with the data center environment including fire safety, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Coordinate and provide support to contractors and vendors as well as inspecting completed work. Follow the implementation of data center safety, security, and customer support policy and procedures.
- Plan and support all preventive and reactive maintenance activities with little to no disruption to company's services
Requirements
- ITE Certificate or Diploma
- Min 1 year of relevant work experience in 24x7 DC or facility operations environment
- Broad knowledge in DC facilities related systems.
- Shift schedule is 12 hours rotational (8am to 8pm)/ (8pm to 8am) | 3 days work 2 days off including weekends/public holidays.
