Job Responsibilities
Contribute to the development, implementation and enhancement of overall End User Services.
- Establish service improvement initiatives to enhance the user experience of collaboration, mobility, performance, security, and service level.
- Act as liaison between end users and IT team to understand business requirements for end-user services, design and implement new solution or enhancements.
- Lead and manage EUS project activities from initiation until completion.
- Act as Level 3 services escalation support for end-user services solutions and work with Service Delivery teams to ensure timely service resolution and recovery.
- Provide timely escalation and resolution of major issues to Management and Service Delivery teams.
- Prepare and present regular project reports and documentation.
- Prepare and put forward budget plans for identified project initiatives, influencing, and negotiating with Global Head Office to obtain support for them.
- Ensure project status and progress are communicated to stakeholders and IT teams in a timely and concise manner.
- Collaborate with technical solution team on detailed and accurate proposal, manage and communicate resources and assign clear roles to project resources.
- Regularly communicate with Global Head Office stakeholders for various issues, such as incident escalation, change planning, and requirement clarification.
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders in APAC region and keep a good rapport to guide the tasks.
- Handle any unplanned projects as necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer science, Engineering or equivalent with min. 5 years of experience providing IT service to Financial Services Industry.
- Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experiences are advantageous.
- Proficiency in Japanese is advantageous as regular communication with Global Head Office is required.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 services and Windows client securities, with a keen attitude to learn and master new technologies.
- Experience working on regional projects with stakeholders from different countries.
- Possess strong verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic setting with frequent shifts in focus and be eager to keep learning about work related topics.
- Positive and cooperative mindset to work with others as an expert in a group.
