Job Details:
- Salary: up to $3,450
- Working Days: Monday - Friday (Maybe required to work on weekend very occasionally based on business needs)
- Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
- Location: Marine Parade
- Contract Period: 6 months contract convert to perm
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customers’ enquiries
- Coordinate and prepare inbound, outbound & transshipments sea freight shipments with carrier / customers / vendors
- Correspond with local & overseas suppliers regarding delivery status
- Liaise internal and external customers and resolve operations issue
- Sales & Marketing activities
Job Requirements:
- Able to provide good email communications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge in Import/Export/Transhipment processes will be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Meticulous and accurate with a positive attitude and able to multi-task
