Accountant / Senior Accounts Executive [Group Consolidation]

Job Scope:

Group Consolidation & Reporting

1. Management Report Review and Group Consolidation:Review management reports from subsidiaries and prepare consolidated financial statements for the group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
   
2. Cash Flow Forecasting:Review group cash flow forecasts, as well as individual subsidiaries' cash flow forecasts, to ensure accurate and timely financial planning.
   
3. Timely Submission of Reports:Ensure the timely submission of the group's monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports to the head office, addressing any queries or concerns raised by HQ.
   
4. Subsidiary Support and Audit Coordination:Provide support to subsidiaries in meeting reporting requirements and during internal HQ audits, ensuring alignment with group standards.
   

Internal Policies and Cost Analysis

1. Internal Policy Review and Improvement:Review and enhance internal financial policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with HQ policies and best practices.
   
2. Performance Cost Analysis:Develop criteria for performance cost analysis by establishing standard material and processing costs, ensuring accurate measurement of operational efficiency.
   
3. Support for Ad Hoc Projects:Collaborate with the operations team to provide financial support and expertise for ad hoc projects, contributing to the successful execution of initiatives.
   

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Experience in cost accounting & group consolidation
