Job Description:
- Handle full set of accounts; Maintain up-to-date General Ledger, bank reconciliations, with timely follow up identified discrepancies. Staff reimbursement, CPF submission.
- Quarterly GST submission, yearly income tax submission, IR8A，IR21 for tax clearance and all related report to IRAS; Liaising with external auditor for financial audit .
- Assist the Managing director to manage and support the business operation.
- Administration of business/legal document and general administration support to the company.
- Manage invoices from vendors and customer. In charge of procurement of office supplies.
- Liaising with corporate secretary to handle Annual Return and all related according to ACRA’s requirement;
- 20 hours/week. SGD 2500/month
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
1. Diploma in Business Administration, Accoutant, Biotechnology, or relevant field.
2. At least 2 years industry experience in business support and opperation . 1 year of experience as an Administrative Secretary would be advantageous.
3 .In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as vocabulary of relevant industry
4. Speak English and Mandarin. Outstanding written and verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
