Responsibilities
- Input and update data into database
- Verify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data entry
- Review and compare data entries for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data entered
- Prepare and generate reports based on data entered
- administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- N or O level or equivilant
- Previous experience in data entry or a similar role will be a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Quick learner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work location: West / Shipyard environment
Working hours: 5 days work week / 44 hours work week
Employment type: On site - Full time - 3 Months Contract
