Our esteem client is looking for a Client: Sales Manager (Marine, Shipping, Vessel)/ Business Development Manager
Incumbent is required to build an international business portfolio, maintain, expand, establish and build enterprise strategic growth and partnership. It is paramount to drive international business development and growth.
Job Scope:
- Plan and execute Sales business Strategies to achieve products solutions in the Marine, Shipping, Vessel industry.
- Handle Marine/Shipping products and services.
- Enterprise Solutions and Professional Services with a well-established sales network and a consultative selling approach.
- Good handling contacts in the Shipping / Marine Industry.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in handling Products & Services in the Marine/ Shipping industry.
- Solid selling experience in Products & Solutions.
- Track record in Strategic Planning, Account Management, and Sales Management.
- Good Customer focus, such as Ship Owner, Ship Management or Shipyard experience.
- Experience in handling Ship Owners/ Shipyard/ Ship Management.
- Solid experience in sourcing/ hunting for new accounts.
- Good SEA coverage – SEA ( Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, etc.
- Demonstrated strong Contacts/ Account management/ Business Development, Stakeholder Management and Client Management.
- Possess strong Shipping/ Marine Contacts.
- Minimum 5 years of Account Management experience in the Shipping industry.
- Track record in handling accounts in the Marine, Shipping, Vessel industry.
- Strong Shipping Technical Background and possess good contacts with Ship Owners / Managers in SEA
- Experience in handling Fleet Managers n Technical Manager.
- Minimum Degree in Shipping/ Marine field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and work under stressful environment.
