Job description:
· Achieve sales targets and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns, including sales goals, call quality, and operational standards.
· Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products, demonstrating clear product knowledge and providing accurate references to existing and prospective customers.
· Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
· Convert company-provided leads into sales through telemarketing efforts.
· Ensure all calls are conducted in compliance with regulations and adhere to Quality Assurance standards.
· Maintain and update customer information in the database.
Requirements:
· Minimum qualification of GCE ‘O’ Level or SPM equivalent.
· Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or the financial services sector is preferred.
· Possession of an Insurance Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) is a plus.
