- Working Location: Bugis
- Working Hours: 5 days (8.30 am-5.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic $4,000 + PB
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all operational activities to ensure company growth.
- Generate purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and quotations.
- Support sales team with paperwork, allowing them to focus on acquiring new accounts.
- Plan and control inventory, ensuring timely customer payments.
- Mentor new Customer Service Officers to ensure they can handle operational tasks and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Meet deadlines and targets consistently.
- Use the SAP Information System for operational tasks.
- Identify and complete tasks proactively.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of work and information, and follow up to ensure agreements and commitments are met.

- Minimum ITE qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or related field.
- Experienced in the service industry is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with clients.
- Willingness to learn.
- Good time management.
- Able to work in a team.
