Job Scope:
- Respond to inquiries through multiple channels, such as calls, and emails.
- Handle and process sales orders, PO and DO.
- Create and update sales orders, invoices, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain accurate and up to date documentation.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Admin / Customer service / sales support / SAP experience will have added advantage.
