Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager on daily operations of the warehouse and logistics, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products;
- Manpower Planning & supervision to ensure resources are utilized effectively to meet work schedules and targets;
- Initiate improvement for warehouse operations;
- Oversee and manage inventory levels and stock takes;
- Submission of related reports to management;
- Provide training to new and existing employees for continuous improvement;
- Maintain general housekeeping and uphold safety and equipment standards in the warehouse;
- Ensure accuracy in data inputs and system updates and training of new user;
- Ensure efficient usage of warehouse space and allocation;
- Manage and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently with compliance on Safety Standards and guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Able to work in cold store environment
- Preferably with relevant experience in warehousing/supply chain/logistics;
- A good sense of urgency and ability to prioritize workload in accordance to demand;
- Ability to communicate with all levels and a team player.
