My client is an established and key leader in its industry, keen to hire a driven and independent Corporate Finance talent with strong financial modelling skills to join the team due to expansion. Having prior Accounting / FP&A exposure can be helpful.
Relevant industry exposure required (Energy, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas and/or Heavy Assets).
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional experience, of which more than 5 years focusing in Corporate Finance
- MUST: experience in investment evaluation, sourcing for financing for projects, project structuring
- Strong hands-on financial modelling skills required, and understanding of debt and equity financing
- Prior Finance foundation in statutory accounting / FP&A can be helpful
- Exposure to Energy, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Heavy Assets industries required
- Traits: Proactive, driven, confident, able to work independently and drive discussions with senior stakeholders
Budget
S$13,000 – S$15,000 per month + Bonus
Job Scope
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will oversee financial modelling, investment analysis, project evaluation and due diligence to support investment decisions, as well as funding requirements. You will prepare business case and build financial models, and work closely with the project development and business development teams in evaluating and driving financing for projects, reviewing loan documentation, negotiating loan terms and overseeing loan drawdowns. You will manage loan covenants, currency risks and interest rate management. You will ensure compliance with hedge accounting and support in project and financing matters.
** Strong Financial Modelling proficiency, both debt and equity financing experience, and exposure from Energy or Heavy Assets / Infrastructure based industry required.
