Sales:

  • Consistently surpass store budgets in alignment with retail strategy.
  • Organize and execute weekly and monthly meetings to strategize and take necessary actions.
  • Attain store KPIs established by management through proactive efforts.
  • Collaborate with management to proactively implement store commission schemes that drive sales.
  • Ensure adherence to HQ commercial guidelines (Retail Manual) and take accountability for their implementation.
  • Optimize profitability by effectively controlling and minimizing costs
  • Continuously review sales figures with management to enhance future sales projections and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

Team Management:

  • Clearly communicate store objectives, responsibilities, results, brand standards, and procedures to the team. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure effective communication.
  • Build a strong team culture by promoting a sense of belonging and pride. Organize team-building activities and nurture team spirit.
  • Assemble a high-performing team by sourcing candidates, conducting recruitment, and overseeing the onboarding and training of new staff.
  • Monitor team performance and make HR decisions in collaboration with the Regional Manager. Address any HR issues promptly.
  • Provide coaching and set team goals through regular meetings, on-the-job training, appraisals, and feedback. Identify training needs and distribute tasks to support team development.

Store Management:

  • Ensure that the store maintains a high level of display, visual merchandising, and overall condition in line with brand guidelines.
  • Represent the store as a Brand Ambassador inside and outside of the store. Build awareness and equity for the brand through interactions with customers, partners, and local dignitaries.
  • Cultivate professional and respectful relationships with service providers, neighboring stores, landlords, and shopping mall management.

Store Operation Management:

  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and address any issues by proposing effective solutions to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Take proactive measures to maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly stocktaking and quality control processes.
  • Implement measures to prevent stock discrepancies and actively maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Prioritize the safety and cleanliness of the store environment to protect both employees and customers.

Financial Control & Cash Registry:

  • Adhere to financial procedures and regulations
  • Oversee and accurately reconcile cash register transactions.

Reporting:

  • Deliver daily and monthly sales reports to all relevant stakeholders, including the Managing Director.
  • Identify operational strengths and weaknesses, and implement corrective action plans.

Customer Experience & CRM-Related Activities:

  • Design and implement effective store navigation strategies. Direct and support Sales Associates to deliver the selling experience using appropriate brand practices and tools.
  • Develop and execute targeted initiatives to attract and convert high-potential prospects into store customers.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients, with a focus on VIPs, to enhance loyalty and retention.
  • Identify opportunities and formulate clienteling strategies. Manage client data, including updates and product registrations, and oversee related tasks performed by Sales Associates.
  • Engage with customers to understand and address their current and future needs.
  • Represent the brand at client events, such as mothership visits, with a strategic focus on sales, CRM, and prospecting goals.
  • Handle client complaints with professionalism, reporting any issues related to the store, brand, or products to the appropriate office immediately.
  • Oversee and coordinate the resolution of repairs and customer service issues to ensure prompt and satisfactory outcomes.

Requirement

  • 5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail.
  • Strong leadership skills of managing at least 10 headcounts.
