Responsibilities :
● Handle customer's inquiries & customer services
● Perform data entry, documentation, printing, billings, and filling duties
● Maintain a proper filing and document control system for recording and tracking of documents
● In charge of order processing for online store and e-commerce platform
● Fully support to E-commerce Team
● Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Able to start work immediately/ Able to quickly adapt to new environments
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin
- Computer literate, independent & responsible
- Self-motivated & responsive person
- Customer service oriented
- Adobe photoshop
