Responsibilities:
- Heads the Contract Manufacturing (CM) Operations and Project Management function
- Liaise with CM partners to ensure clear understanding of technical expectations/specifications during operations.
- Proactively manage CM execution and planning to meet company’s demands.
- Lead a team to identify and address any technical issues that may arise during manufacturing build (e.g., equipment malfunctions / process deviations).
- Collaborate and drive CMs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in manufacturing process and value engineering opportunities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business / Engineering
- More than 10 years of experience in semiconductor industry
- Experience in managing contract manufacturing
- PMP Certified
