Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries from new and existing customers via phones, emails, and other sources
- Attend and serve walk-in customers
- Prepare quotations, invoices and process payments
- Sorting out invoices, filling and attachments
- Coordinate with production and delivery team to manage order timeliness
- Peform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong team player, independent and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Patient and able to handle customers in a polite and professional manner
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to multi-task
- Able to commence with short notice
It will be an alternate 5.5 days work week (alternate Saturdays). Located mainly in Chinatown, might need to be posted at Toa Payoh sometimes.
