- Respond promptly to external event enquiries
- Liaise with external vendors for event supplies
- Assist in handling all event logistics to ensure smooth operations before and during the event
- Follow up with customer surveys and ensure that invoices and payment are issued and received
- On-Site Activation Execution & Facilitation
- Pre-Event Preparation & Post-Event Archiving
- Basic Administrative Management Duties
- Assist in preparation of pitches and operation planning.
- Generates & provides a weekly updates, prepare regular reportings and administrative, or as needed by management
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer/Management
