Job description - Marketing and Events Executive
Marketing and Events Executive to assist in planning, managing and executing marketing communications functions/events, including but not limited to, advertising, sales promotions, strategic alliances, events management, corporate communications and production of collaterals public relations initiatives.
He/she also helps to create marketing material. Information kits must be made for events (travel fairs) and meetings. He/she also helps with media queries. He/she arranges for briefings, contributes to relations efforts and oversees media coverage.
He/she must oversee all social media. All reviews should be responded to. He/she also helps with promotions or special events. He/she maintains the special events and campaign calendar.
- Diploma / Degree holder, Marketing and Business background preferred.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Marketing within a related industry.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with associates.
- Dynamic, independent individual, with good time management, good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Highly proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- IT and internet savvy.
- Self-motivated and organised.
- Creative, energetic and resourceful.
- Able to think strategically and work independently.
- Willing to work extended hours and weekends on a need-to basis.
