As Senior Desktop Support / Workplace Engineer responsible for deployment and support of Desktop / EUC environment for an European bank
Your responsibilities will include:
- deployment, support of Desktop
- Provision of Desktop solution and services to end users
- CArrying out installation, configuration, troubleshooting of Windows, desktop software such as O365, AD, etc
- Provide timely escalation and resolution of issues
- Optimise supported services, practices and processes associated with end point management
- providing support to virtualization (vmware and citrix)
Requirements
- Min 6 years of experience in IT EUC role preferably in banking industry
- Good knwoledge in desktop and supporting applications being used in EUC environment
- Strong experience in supporting Microsoft desktop, Windows, Ms Office, Ms 365, AD, Citrix
- Some basic knowledge of networking
- MCP certified
- Experience in Messaging, UC is a plus
- experience working with ITIL
