- In-charge of all M&E daily operation matters at site
- Advise on all M&E matters which include chiller / BMS / Pump system / Lift / Mechanical and Electrical installation
- Experience in Maintenance of M&E equipments
- Manage, operate, configure and perform troubleshooting on the BMS system
- Prepare quotation and compile monthly report
