Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Apply Lean Manufacturing concepts (8 wastes) to support Daily Production activities and manage average 2 to 3 machines group to meet desired output target and product quality.
2. Apply Total Preventive Maintenance methodology to sustain machines performance. Perform machine start-up challenge, operate machine, manage material top up and manage products packaging, transferring and machines cleaning per written procedures.
3. Apply Root Cause Analysis for problem solving. Perform basic machines troubleshooting, clear jammed sets and reset machine errors.
4. Responsible to comply with EHS procedures, GMP, 6s, and regulaotry requirements, implement continous improvement ideas via Hazards and Kaizen identification.
Qualifications/Education:
• Secondary 2 or equivalent
• ITE Nitec Engineering Certificate.
Skill Set and/or Experience:
• More than 2 years technical related experience.
