As a Sales Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing administrative and operational assistance. Your experience in managing cross-border logistics and team leadership will be instrumental in ensuring smooth sales operations and enhancing customer satisfaction across the Southeast Asian market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Management Support: Provide comprehensive support and monitor to the sales team, including managing schedules, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Coordination: Collaborate with sales representatives to prepare quotes, track orders, and facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments.
  • Market Analysis: Utilize your expertise in East and South Asian markets to assist in identifying new business opportunities and optimizing sales strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics and assist in generating reports to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, leveraging your background in managing logistics operations.
  • Training and Development: Provide professional training on sales processes and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or similar experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in sales support, logistics, or supply chain management, with a proven track record in managing teams and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with sales management software and tools; experience with SAP platform.
  • Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment. A strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit is essential.
  • Experience in e-commerce or logistics, particularly within the East and South Asian region.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to support sales strategies.
