1. Answering phone calls and attending to walk-in customer’s inquiries.
2. Prepare daily customer appointment sheets for the SA’s and Workshop controllers/Supervisors in advance and forward information to the respective department.
3. Ensure proper filing of completed job cards and invoices into their respective history files and archiving digitally.
