Operations Supervisor (Food Manufacturing)
Must have at least 3 years of culinary operation experience in food manufacturing business.
Laise with Clients on their product requirements and expectations.
Able to monitor/direct the kitchen's full operations.
Ordering raw materials from various suppliers.
Stock-keeping of all material inventories.
Job scheduling of all kitchen staffs.
Ensure that all food products are up to standard.
Ensure timely delivery of all food products.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen at all times
