Job Description
Our client is within the Real Estate industry with a local presence, is looking for a Senior Finance executive to manage sub account consolidation, reporting, and monitoring of cash flows and to conduct in-house accounting across the Group.
The role revolves around the coordination with auditors for yearend audits and annual report preparation, variance analysis and executing accounting controls in compliance with Internal Audit standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance/Banking/ Accounting, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3-6 years of working experience preferably in the real estate industry
• Proficiency in IFRS/SFRS standards to review and draft annual reports.
• Experience with SAP/Yardi Property Management System will be of advantage
• Takes initiative and able to work efficiently on a tight deadline
• Possess strong communication abilities to disseminate accurate information internally and to relevant parties
