About Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT)
The Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT) in Singapore brings together physicists, computer scientists and engineers to do basic research on quantum physics and to build devices based on quantum phenomena. Experts in this new discipline of quantum technologies are applying their discoveries in computing, communications, and sensing.
CQT is hosted by the National University of Singapore. The Centre also has staff at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and the Singapore University of Technology and Design. With some 200 staff and students, it offers a friendly and international work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist to create visuals that align with the Centre's branding and meet project requests. Projects will include posters, leaflets/booklets, slides, graphics for websites and social media and some illustrative work.
- Incorporate feedback from team members to refine the visuals. The job-holder will work closely with the team’s Senior Creative Executive.
- Research and liaise with vendors for production of marketing materials.
- Coordinate in distribution of materials.
- Help to curate and manage the Centre’s image and graphics archive.
- Support other CQT projects and events as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Knowledge in motion graphics, photography and videography is good to have but not essential.
- Flexible and open to adapt working style based on the specific needs of projects.
- Have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas.
- Curious about science. No scientific background is required, but a general interest will be an advantage.
