Responsibilities
- To identify business opportunities and open new accounts and grow existing clientele base
- Respond to incoming new lead enquiries, generate new leads, qualify and convert prospects into sales according to company’s sales processes
- Plan daily sales activities, perform sales calls, negotiate the sales, close the sales, follow-up with the client after the sale and do follow up with existing clients
- Provide effective sales advice, information and presentation on company products and services to clients
- Providing the highest level of excellence customer service to the clients
- Ensuring monthly sales target are achieved
- Analyse market and consumer demands and adapt strategies accordingly
- Provide up-to-date market feedback to Management Team
- Developing weekly sales progress report and gathering field reports
- Perform any adhoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in food-related industries
- Sales driven with strong business sense, aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Valid Class 3 Driver’s Licence
