Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced IT Infrastructure and Record Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Veritas Enterprise Vault, Veritas MERGE1, and other related components, and will be responsible for ensuring the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure within the APAC region. The role also involves a strong focus on governance, risk mitigation, and operational continuity.
Requirements:
- Manage and optimize IT infrastructure for APAC to align with corporate strategy.
- Maintain and test business continuity plans (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies.
- Conduct project management tasks, ensuring timely completion and compliance with SLAs.
- Develop and oversee IT service monitoring strategies to minimize incidents and manage assets.
- Maintain compliance with IT security guidelines and manage audit-related tasks.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in complex IT infrastructure environments, with a strong focus on investment banking.
- Proven experience in large organizations with matrix reporting lines.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- ITIL certification and experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow.
Essential Technical Skills:
- Expert knowledge of Veritas Enterprise Vault.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and Python scripting.
- Experience with Veritas MERGE1 (preferred).
- Strong project management skills.
