Job Responsibilities
- Act as the main client contact in consulting projects, delivering insights.
- Apply marketing, branding, and research skills while staying current with industry trends.
- Guide team members and external partners.
- Ensure high-quality reports and analysis.
- Mentor and encourage team growth.
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking clients and counterparts.
- 5+ years of experience in research, consultancy, or branding roles.
- Strategic planning or account planning experience in branding agencies also considered.
- Open-minded, proactive, and a team player.
