Job Responsibilities:
- Identify new suppliers in cooperation with relevant department. Qualify new suppliers in cooperation with Supplier Quality and Engineering specialists
- Purchase goods and services according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule and terms, negotiating with main suppliers and periodically renewing price lists, terms and conditions
- Track goods received and arrange for invoice processing
- Oversee supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolving performance issues
- Align supplier orders with customer requirements in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price
- Support bid and proposal teams by providing relevant market information
- Initiate purchase orders according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures. Confirm delivery with suppliers, monitor, and track supplier performance to purchase order requirements
- Conduct all Supply Chain activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures
- Assist with office operation administrative tasks as required by management
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma in Business Management, Procurement or Logistics with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
