Regional Sales Leader, Financial Network Solutions (Asia Pacific)

Key Responsibilities:


1) Business Development:

  • Develop and present compelling business cases aligned with customer needs.
  • Innovate creative solutions to address client challenges.

2) Client Relationship Management:

  • Manage and develop key strategic accounts across the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Lead major customer agreements, ensuring alignment with objectives.

3) Team Leadership:

  • Mentor and coach sales professionals to achieve quotas and professional goals.
  • Guide team strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular feedback and training for continuous team growth.

4) Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement account and territory strategies.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed account plans.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across different business units.

5) Reporting & Feedback:

  • Deliver accurate reports to the VP of Sales Asia Pacific.
  • Provide insights into competitive information and market opportunities.

Job Requirements:


1) Industry Expertise:

  • Extensive experience in Financial Market Network sales with a proven track record.
  • Strong understanding of electronic trading infrastructure.

2) Leadership Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team across Asia Pacific or similar regions.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, development, and retention.

3) Skills & Attributes:

  • Ability to navigate high-pressure environments and make value-aligned decisions.
  • Success-driven, enthusiastic, and a strong advocate for the company’s vision.
  • Focused on solving customer business problems with tailored solutions.

4) Willingness to travel 50%.
