Job Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, manage, and optimise in-house campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Track and measure campaign performance to generate high-quality leads.
- Perform keyword research and craft compelling ad copies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Review campaign performance with the Marketing Manager, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on market trends to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the in-house marketing team to improve lead quality and quantity.
- Work closely with designers to produce engaging social media and ad creatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking abilities.
- Proven track record of managing and optimising PPC campaigns.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and other optimisation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
