HR duties:
- Handle full spectrum of HR function including payroll, submission of CPF, IRAS, CCL NS claim, etc.
- Assist in recruitment and selection activities, including preparation of job ads, resume screening, and scheduling of interviews
- Assist in ensuring smooth, efficient and timely execution of all day-to-day HR operational processes including but not limited to contract issuance / renewal, employee confirmation, termination, leave management, insurance claims management and employee on-boarding management
- Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee’ records for accurate reporting
- Ensure HR Policies comply with current Employment act and government regulation
- Assist in preparation of annual / monthly / ad-hoc HR reports
- Assist with annual salary review, appraisal and bonus exercises
- Liaise with government agencies on statutory matters
- Maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact for related queries from employees and to external parties
Admin duties:
- Liaise with forwarder for shipment arrangement (documents submission and scheduling of shipment)
- Worker insurance, company and motor vehicle insurance renewal
- Manage office stationeries and pantry supplies
- Maintain inventory of office equipment and administer maintenance contract of office equipment (e.g. printer, air-conditioner, water dispenser, etc.)
- Coordination with IT vendor on IT-related issues (email, network, etc)
- Update bank record, petty cash record and TT allocation.
- Organize company events and activities
- Responsible for any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as the superior / management deems fit
